With three men's runners that have dipped below 30 minutes this season and two of the fastest women's runners in program history, the Lycoming College cross country team will look to continue to make strides at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships at the Letterkenny Fields in Dallas, Pa., on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 30.
